CYTOP for micro-machine applications

CYTOP fluoropolymer coatings provide many unique properties beneficial to MicroElectroMechanical System (MEMS) product designers and manufacturers. CYTOP’s excellent KOH resistance gives it superior performance as an etch mask material. Its resistance to most all chemicals, including water, makes it an ideal protective layer for circuitry and components exposed to harsh environmental conditions. CYTOP also has dielectric and optical properties useful in a wide variety of applications.
