CERASOLZER® Applications |
CERASOLZER is a technically advanced bonding solder for use with many
glasses (silica, crystal, electroconductive, soda lime, etc.), ceramics (magnesia,
alumina, titania, fosterite, zirconia, etc.) and metal oxides.
Lead bonding, electrode formation, bonding metal fittings to glass, and airtight seals of electronic parts are some uses of CERASOLZER. Additional information about CERASOLZER applications is available in Adobe Acrobat format. CERASOLZER can be applied conveniently with a SUNBONDER® portable ultrasonic sodering device. |
CERASOLZER® Benefits |
CERASOLZER can often take the place of indium soldering, silver baking,
resin bonding or molybdenum-manganese. CERASOLZER is available with melting points of 123, 143, 186, 224, 246 and 297 degrees Celsius. CERASOLZER provides excellent adhesion, airtightness, humidity resistance and electrical conductivity. |

The main ingredients in CERASOLZER are tin, lead, zinc and antimony.
